職場近くの居酒屋探訪第5弾。オミクロン株の影響により、まん延防止措置が発令されたこの日、恐る恐るお伺いしたのは、串揚げと焼鳥を売りにしている此方。
調べてみると、㈱ラホスと言う飲食業と人材支援業を展開する会社で、串むすびと言うお店は都内に数店舗有り、他にも宅配寿司のデリバリーも行っているようです。
此方の売りは串揚げ日本一宣言として肉、野菜、海鮮、創作等40種類以上の豊富なメニューが50円〜100円とリーズナブルな価格で頂ける事。
17時半前に入店。既に馴染客3組の先客。スタッフは男女各々2名ずつ、店長を含め20代と思われるお若い方々の陣容。店内は明るく、スタッフの対応も明るい感じ。
先ずは生ビールを、そしてメニューで目についた、串揚げ5本セット400円、焼鳥5本セット700円、ポテトフライ390円、鶏唐揚げ430円を注文。
程無くして、最初に串揚げ5本セットが到着。
海老、かぼちゃ、ウインナー、ニンニク、れんこん。何れも一口サイズ、揚げたてなので、まずまずなお味。
続いて焼鶏はプチトマト、銀杏、ささみ、せせり、もも肉。此方は普通サイズ、焼き加減、味もまずまずです。
その後のポテフラは塩加減が丁度良く、鶏唐揚げは脂が乗ってジューシー。やはり揚げたて、出来立ては美味しい。個別の串揚げも1人6本頼みお腹一杯。
間に日本酒をチビリチビリと、結局、高清水、銀盤、一ノ蔵を2合ずつ飲んで結構酔いました。他にもカクテル、焼酎サワー、ホッピー、ワインと品揃えも豊富。
串揚げは一口サイズで食べ易く、焼鳥は普通サイズでそこそこ美味しい。しかもリーズナブル。何かと安いと残念な味が多い中、確りした出来だと思います。ちょい飲みオヤジには丁度良いサイズと価格と味わいでした。ご馳走さまでした。
