岩手県遠野名物の『バケツジンギスカン』を都内で楽しめることを聞き、仕事終わりに訪問。
バケツジンギスカンは焼き台にバケツを使うというユニークなスタイルのジンギスカン。
ジンギスカンといえば煙モクモクな大衆居酒屋のようなお店を想像してただけに、スタイリッシュで和モダンな店内の雰囲気と若くてオシャレなスタッフの方たちに驚き。
最初にオーダーしたのがおすすめのラム3種盛り合わせ。
バケツジンギスカンスタイルでロース、ランプ、厚切りタンの3種類を楽しめる豪華なセットです。
ジンギスカンはしっかり火を通して食べるイメージがありましたが、おすすめの焼き加減は軽く炙ったレアなのだそう。
新鮮な遠野のラムだからできる贅沢な食べ方！
一緒に注文した野菜やキノコと一緒にバケツの上で焼いて特製よし田のタレにつけて頂きます。
ひと口食べてまず驚いたのが、ラムにありがちな臭みがほとんどない！
それでいてプリッとした柔らかさに奥深い旨味とラムの魅力がガッチリ詰まっていて、苦手な人にこそ食べてみてほしい一皿です。
おそらく初めて食べたラムのタンはコリコリした食感で歯切れの良い牛タンとはまた違って面白い！
こちらもクセがなく、レモンをかけてさっぱり頂きました。
続いてメニューを見て気になった「厳選ラムのスモーク」と珍しい「羊のハルーミチーズ焼き」を追加オーダー。
ラムスモークは注文後に桜チップでスモークした厳選部位をバケツジンギスカンで焼いて頂く逸品。
煙の中から幻想的に登場するラムは動画映え抜群な上にスモーキーな香りもたまりません★
スモークしたラムは柔らかさとジューシーさがさらにレベルアップして絶品でした。
軽く焼き目をつけてから食べるハルーミチーズは、キュキュッとした食感が面白いモッツァレラに似た大好きな味。
程よい塩気があってラムとの相性が抜群で、いっしょに食べると幸せになります★
ラムスモークの量が思ったより多くて途中で満腹になりかけましたが、さっぱりした美味しいカクテキを挟みながら食べ進め、大満足で完食！
今回は1人での訪問でしたが、次は独り占めではなく人と共有したくなるような素敵なお店でした。
