今回お伺いしたのは「knot三宿」
こちらは世田谷公園近くにあるレストランやカフェ、ワインショップやグリーンショップ、写真スタジオが入っている複合施設。
その中にある【GRAND TABLE (グランターブル)】さん。
まさに都会のオアシス♪
先日もオムリターラコでテレビに出てましたが、広尾にある洋食の名店「笄軒」森山さんが手がけるグリルレストランです。
カジュアルな空間で本格的な洋食が味わえます。
今回いただいたのは、新メニュー『チーズダラーリ』です。
名前の通りチーズをダラーリと。
ネイミングセンスめっちゃ好き。
神のご加護、いや、特製チーズソースの恩恵を受けられる幸せ者はチキンorビーフorサーモンorソーセージorベジタブル。
選ばれたのはチキン。
そのままでも美しくみずみずしいチキンが白無垢を身に纏いうちにお嫁に来ました。
クリーミーだけど、軽い。
チーズ自体にくせがあったり、鉄板で焦がすと脂と塩分がきつくて進まなくなるものが多いけれど、これはすいすいと進んでしまう！
インパクトやボリュームを持たせるというよりソースをかけ素材を活かしている。
柔らかな鳥とジャガイモということもあり、焼きクリームシチューという感じの絶品料理が完成する！
この優しさとあたたかさはこれからの時期にぴったりだし、バケットもあるから一滴残さず食べられます！
サーモンフライドックも軽い。
打ち上げられた鯨ではなくサーモン。
まずパンがめちゃくちゃうまい。硬めでもっちり。
そしてサーモンフライ、タルタルを受け止めながらあっという間に完食。
デザートはバスクチーズケーキとアフォガード。
チーズケーキは笄軒でも提供されている濃厚な一品。贅沢です。
アフォガードの美味しさにも驚く。
こだわりまくったエスプレッソをかけてアイスが化ける！
苦味に出会った3人娘はこの夏、大人の階段をのぼった。
こだわりまくったので、コーヒー屋とレストランが分かれたとかそうじゃないとか、、
ランチやディナーはもちろん、コーヒーだけ飲みに来るとかリモートワークするとか誰かと商談するとか読書するとかダラーリするとか。。
レストランに時間かけていくわけでもなく、こんな気軽に味わえてド感動させられる。
それが三宿スタイル！
