餃子の種類は本格手打ち（もちもち）皮の焼と水、薄皮の焼と水に海老水餃子の5種類でいろんな種類の餃子が楽しめます！
本格手打ちの皮の方はとにかく分厚い皮にしっかりと肉汁が閉じ込められていて噛み締めた瞬間に肉汁がじゅわ〜っと広がる幸せ満点餃子、薄皮の方はつるんっとしていて一口で飲めてしまうくらい軽い食べ心地。
海老水餃子はとにかく皮が薄めなのにぷるぷるの薄皮で、その分皮が破れやすく中の肉汁が溢れてしまうのがもどかしいですが海老の出汁が効いていて絶品！ぜひ食べて欲しい一品です。
店内の内装も素敵でインスタ映え間違いない、お味も一流で人気な理由がよくわかりました。
