珍しいスタイルのつけ麺
平日14時前に来店。席は5割ほど埋まっていて、来店中も4,5組入れ替わっていた。厨房に面したカウンターと4人席のテーブルが1つ。
店内の券売機でつけ麺1000を購入し着席。つけ麺は麺量が250か300、つけ汁は塩か醤油で選ぶスタイル。
食券に自分で上記丸つけるスタイルだったようだが、初来店で分からなく、店員さんが着席後しばらくして聞いてくれた。
極太のちぢれ麺は昆布出汁汁に浸かっていで、弾力があり食べ応えがある。
つけ汁は醤油をチョイス。角切りチャーシュー、ネギ、タマネギ、メンマ、青菜が入っていて具沢山。コクが感じられ、極太麺と相性が良いと感じた。

平日13時、2回目の来店。店内先客8割ほど。
前回は醤油をオーダーしたので、今回は塩をチョイス。
個人的には塩の方が好み。
つけ汁と太麺の相性よく、相変わらず麺の食感がとても良い。
定期的に通いたいと思います。
