麺は、極太ちぢれ麺。モチモチした麺。
スープは、丸鶏、鶏ガラ、鶏もも、昆布に
モンゴル産岩塩など３種の
ブランド塩の鶏塩スープ。
濃い味ながら旨いスープ。
具材は、チャーシュー、短冊チャーシュー
ワンタン、メンマ、青菜、玉葱。
麺の方には、味玉、海苔、ライム
鰹昆布水は、鰹節の出汁と海苔を煮出した
出汁に真昆布、がごめ昆布を
一晩寝かせてとった出汁。
