ちゃん系というのは、同焼肉グループで展開している他店舗も皆〇〇ちゃん、という焼肉屋さんだそうで、
家系にインスパイアされた総店主さんのアイディアでこの耳馴染みの無いジャンルが誕生したそうです笑
カウンターで食べる焼肉というだけあって店員さんとの距離がめちゃくちゃ近いことが魅力です！
気さくでお話しの上手い店員さんが色々話しながら空いていたら肉も焼いてくれます
てっちゃんの店員さんは、グループ他のちゃん系店舗から来てる人や沖縄のグループ店舗から修行に来てる人などフレキシブルな感じすごいしました
肝心の肉も最高で、他で食べたら余裕で1.5-2倍くらい
取られてしまうのでは？と感じるほどの肉を頂けます。
また、ちょっと邪道に感じる人もいるかもしれませんが、ガリバタだったり、魔法の粉だったり、ホルポン
美味しく食べるための工夫が細部にわたって施されていて最高でした
料理にも工夫が光り、店員さんも気さくで面白い。こういうお店はすごい好みです
