池尻大橋駅から徒歩3分、大人気の煙もくもく系焼肉家【焼肉屋てっちゃん】。
先日「焼肉家てっちゃん」があまりにも混みすぎて新たに近くの三軒茶屋に別店、焼肉家ねぎちゃんをオープンして活気が更に増している本店にお邪魔しました。店内は、カウンターのみでガスのロースターが2人に1台置いてあり、入店した時からモクモクとし煙もくもく系の焼肉屋さんです。注文が入ってから目の前でお肉をさばいてくれます。店主てっちゃんを始め、各スタッフさんは明るく元気な接客でそこも大人気の秘訣です。
この雰囲気なら、まずは生ビールで乾杯！グラスも可愛いです。キムチ盛り合わせやキャベツから始まり、アツタンとアブシンは必ず食べてほしい希少性。タンはサクサクと噛みごたえと肉感が良い。アブシンはハツに脂がついてるとても希少な部位、ジューシーなハツがとても美味しく病みつきに。センマイ刺しやパリピもおすすめ。パリピのタンの煮込みとキンキンに冷やしたピーマンが抜群に幸せです。上ハラミとも不思議な粉をかけるととてもジューシーで主役がいっぱい。ホルモンとおろしポン酢であっさりと、飲めるサーロインで米をかきこみ、トリプル炭水化物でさらっと牛タンチーズカレー たまごプラスして、映えな仕上がり、冷麺はシコシコと氷状の汁を絡めて食べる、、あぁ幸せ腹一杯。
美味しい焼肉と楽しい雰囲気を夕方から夜まで楽しめる空間。忙しい毎日だからこそ、肉と酒と共に、心安らぐひと時を・・・旨倫也
