１．訪店目的
・当日は三軒茶屋エリアでのネタ拾いで、ランチのお店としての選店
２．お店の情報
・食べログのジャンル：中華料理、飲茶、点心
・2023年9月18日にオープン
・街中華でもガチ中華でもない、広東料理をベースとした
独自の中華料理を提供するお店
・梅ヶ丘 （旧店名 『瑞雪』）から三宿に移転して来て店名も
変更されたお店ですが、、2004～2022年まで営業した旧店は、
「ミシュランガイド東京」2015〜2020に☆、6年間連続で掲載♡

3．当日の混雑状況とお店の雰囲気
・平日の11:30頃の訪店で、先客無し＆後客7名
・落ち着いた内装で、大人が楽しめそうな雰囲気

美味しい生ビールですが、値付けはやや高めかも？
■オススメランチセット 3,190円
当初は定番モノに一品が付いたセットを注文するつもりでしたが、
当日はミシュラン☆店をチェックするのには、丁度良い
上記商品を提供されていましたので、迷う事なくの選択！
□海老のせもっちり豆腐
味付けややしっかり目ですが、モチっとした食感で美味！
□キンキの姿蒸し熱々ネギ油がけ
最近はお一人様でのネタ拾いですので、こう言った魚一匹を
丸々使った料理は久し振りで、欣喜雀躍状態です（苦笑
いい感じの火入れ状態で、美味しい一品であります。
提供時にお店の方からは、「ご飯にツユかけて食べるのも
お勧めですよ！」とアドバイスを頂きましたので、即実践！
このツユには、キンキの旨みエキスがタ～ップリ出ていますので、
ご飯をお替り（お替り自由）して、2膳目はラー油で味変して
美味しく完食させて頂きました（●＾o＾●）
□スープ
具材はネギだけかと思いきや、「白キクラゲ」が沈んでおり
この辺りも「ミシュラン☆」のお店らしい一品です。
□ザーサイ
味付けしっかり目ながら、クラゲが混ざっているのは面白いですね。
□デザート：フルーツ入り杏仁豆腐
ふんわり食感で、口の中がリセットされる美味しいデザートです。
6. 総括
このエリアは高頻度では伺いませんが、機会があれば是非
定番モノも頂いてみたいお店でありまする～♪
