Visited RenRyu. This shop had been operating in a different location for many years, but due to circumstances, it seems they have moved. When I walked in, there was just one seat left and I was seated. Ordered an assortment of appetizers, spring rolls, shrimp chili, stir-fried beef skirt steak, and green onion soba. Of course beer too. First of all, five kinds of appetizers, steamed chicken, jellyfish, chashu pork, zha cai, Century egg are served in a small box wrapped in a bag. Also, toppings? It comes with a plate of green onion sauce, cream cheese sauce, and coriander. All of the dishes were delicious, the char siu was probably the best, but there was nothing that surprised me. Next was the spring rolls, which were delicious but a bit bland. I love shrimp chili, of course it's delicious, but I like the chili seasoning. A little spicy and great. Of course the shrimp were plump. Stir-fried beef skirt steak is delicious, but at the end there's a bit of a flavor that you might call the flavor of skirt steak. Lastly, the green onion soba. The noodles are thin and chewy, and the soup is like THE green onion soup. I like the way the green onions come in. Overall, I would like to visit this stylish shop again. That's right, on the way home, someone who seemed to be the shop owner came to see me off outside the shop. Impressions like this are quite important, aren't they?
