前々から気になっていたお店。メニューは各種ちゃんぽん、皿うどん、ひとくち餃子のみ⁈なんという潔さでしょうか。これで長年三茶で営業できるお店は、旨い店に違いありません。
店内に入ると、ほぼ席は埋まっています。席数もそれほど多くはなく、カウンター席にテーブルがいくつかのみ。メニューを含め、なんともシンプルな雰囲気が立ち込めています。そう、ここは限られたメニューを目当てに食べにくるお店なのです。
今回は初回のため、ちゃんぽんを注文。食べてみると、なるほど、シンプルながら旨みがしっかりと、かつ濃厚過ぎないスープと中太麺がしっかり絡んで美味しい…。これは、食べたい味以外をそぎ落とした、ちゃんぽんに求めたいものだけがが明確にある、という料理です。
様々なラーメン屋さんがひしめく令和の世代に、こちらのような表現したい味をシンプルに出しておられるお店こそ強いのかもしれません。次回は皿うどんを頂きたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
