ずーと昔に一度伺ったことがありますが、当時の事は忘れているので、ほぼ初訪問です。
開店5分過ぎくらいに着いたら、やはり満席で8人くらいの列。待っている間に注文をとりに来てくれます。20分ほど待って入店。
ちゃんぽんを食べる気で行ったのですが、暑いからでしょうか？（関係ないか）皿うどん どうせなら珍しい太麺で。 1100円。
カウンターに座ると目の前で大将がフットワークよく料理しています。ベテランの動きですな。
出てきた皿うどん太麺のルックスを見るとなんだ、ちゃんぽんをお皿に乗せたのかと思ったけど、さにあらず麺はベリーもちもちで、まるで腰のめちゃ強な生パスタのよう。しかもこのスープと具材なんでこんなに美味しいの⁉︎いわゆるちゃんぽんの味を想像していると裏切られますぞ。本当に優しーいお味。それでいて、もの凄く箸が進む君です！他のちゃんぽんがいかに化学調味料を使ってるのかよく分かる。結構大きかったけど、あっという間に完食です。ちゃんぽんや皿うどん細麺もぜひ食べねば。
