通し営業の店はこういう中途半端な時間を狙うと良い
古くからの良い雰囲気の店
メニューもシンプルにちゃんぽんと皿うどんくらい
まさに長崎にあるようなちゃんぽん店と一緒
ちゃんぽん(1100円)に皿うどん太麺(1100円)を注文
まずはちゃんぽんから
あっさりとしつつ旨味が効いたスープが美味い
野菜たっぷりで健康的
控えめにイカやエビや肉も入っている
柔らかいちゃんぽん麺と併せてまさに本場の長崎ちゃんぽん
ソースで味変するのも長崎で習った手法
皿うどんは太麺にするとラーメンみたいな麺になる
細麺だとおそらくパリパリなやつだろう
ちゃんぽん麺と違って歯応えがある
味はちゃんぽんと似たような感じだがこちらの方が気持ちコッテリしているような気がする
これも美味い
長崎を思い出す(1回しか行ったことない)
