ずっと気になっていたちゃんぽんと皿うどんのお店。
移動の途中で、三軒茶屋に途中下車。
お店は茶沢通り沿いです。
午後一時前、先客2組。
カウンターに着席。
小さいながらも掃除の行き届いた店内。
これは間違いなくうまいはず。
とりとそぼろの2種類あるちゃんぽんから、とりちゃんぽんを注文。
厨房では、コワモテのおじさんが真剣な眼差しで鍋を振るっている。
さて、とりちゃんぽん。
細切りの胸肉、キクラゲ、キャベツ、ピーマンにシャキシャキのもやし。果てしなく優しい、そして旨みのあふれるスープがたまらない。
麺は柔らかくよくスープが絡んでます。
常連とおじさんの話を聞いていたら、やはり長崎のご出身らしい。
いやあ、おいしいちゃんぽんいただきました。
次回は皿うどんで再訪です。
