三軒茶屋駅から徒歩数分の場所にあるちゃんぽん屋さんです。カウンター席4席、4人がけのテーブル席2つほどの小さな店内です。
平日の夜19時半頃伺いましたが、ほぼ満席の状態でした。
お支払いは現金のみなのでご注意を。
◻︎「ちゃんぽん」/1100円
炒め立てのお野菜と熱々のスープで、白い湯気がもくもくと立ち上るちゃんぽんが提供されます。
まず特筆すべきは、白濁したスープがとってもまろやか！鶏？豚骨？詳細は分かりませんが、とにかく出汁の旨味とまろみが濃厚です。
そして次に、炒めたお野菜や海鮮が美味しい！鍋で炒め立てのお野菜は、油の香ばしい匂いを纏っています。キャベツやもやしは少しシャキシャキとした食感が残っており美味。その他海老やイカはプリプリでした。
麺は適度な柔らかさの、ちゃんぽんらしい丸麺です。
最後は机上のソースで味変して…
とっても美味しかったです。
次回はぜひ皿うどんをいただいてみたいです。
