昨日急に三軒茶屋での仕事が決まる。
昼がらみだ。
雪で出社もどうなるか。
直行もありうるので、昼はさんちゃで食べよう。
探す。
なんかおしゃれな店が多い。というか点が高い。
3.5でも2ページ目になる勢い。
こないだのラーメン屋はじょういだったけど、もういい。
調べたらおいしそうな店を発見。ワンタン麺。
駅から近く、雪でも大丈夫。
おそ昼にして、それから現場に行こう。
13時過ぎ、小雨の中を店に入る。
入口に4人テーブル、やや奥にカウンター5席。
さらに2人用テーブルが２，３。
キッチンがよく見える。男性が麺とワンタンをゆでている。
幸いカウンターが空いてる。座るや否や「雲吞麺」を注文。
女性が水をくれる。
それなりに待つ。
来ました。
ワンタンがたくさん。チャーシューが2枚。期待値が上がる。
麺も細麺。行くぞー。ぱくつく。
ん？麺にコシがない。
スープ、、なんとなくぼわっとしている。
チャーシュー、同じ。
ではワンタンは？皮がしっかり、そして中の餡は、、、
少し中華料理の香り。八角かな？
なんだかどれもパンチがない。
味は濃いんだけど。
塩っぽさがないのかな。
それはそれでヘルシーだけど。
