500円の餃子定食からランチがありとてもリーズナブル。
今回は餃子6個と唐揚げ2個が付いた餃子唐揚げ定食690円を注文。
ご飯とスープがついた定食。
スープはネギと細切り生姜のシンプルさっぱり中華スープ。
餃子は大きくも小さくもないサイズでニラが効いています。焼き目はパリっと皮はしっとりしています。餃子自体にタレをつけなくてもいいぐらいしっかり味がついていてジューシー。
唐揚げの方はかなり味しっかりついていました。
恐らく肉を下ごしらえの段階で誰にしっかり浸けてあると思います。肉のジューシーさと衣のサクサクさとかなり好きな唐揚げ。だけど個人的に味はちょっと濃いかなと思いました。
餃子以外のメニューはメンチカツとまぜ麺ぐらいで餃子にこだわりを感じます。水、焼き、揚げとあります。
2021年の食べログ百名店にも選ばれています。
店内は縦に長く入り口の印象よりも広いです。10人ほどのカウンターとテーブル席もあります。
店内は町中華という感じで特におしゃれな感じはないです。アルコール類が500円以下のものも多いので1人晩酌によさそうでした。
