古田新太氏お気に入りを食しました。
どれも美味しいのですが、やっぱり鳥刺し盛りでしょうかね。
鳥刺しが旨いところは間違いないという私の持論ですが、まあ間違いない。
新鮮じゃなきゃ旨くないからね。
砂肝のコンフィも柔らかくて良いですねぇ。
妻も気に入ってくれました。
また行きたいと思うお店です。
