土日昼過ぎ、特に混雑はなく、すんなり入店。土日しか営業していないとは驚き。
人気No.1のモンブラン。しぼりたて、しかも賞味期限30分という超繊細なケーキ。まろやかな口当たりが素晴らしい。
栗の甘味は若干控えめで下にはたっぷりの生クリーム。比較的生クリーム感が強めか。メレンゲの土台と一緒に食べると一体感がgood！
他も色々食べてみたい。
