営業は土日だけで12時～。
以前訪問した時は臨時休業だったので事前に確認&予約｡ランチ後に直行。
季節のショートケーキは苺。
モンブランは注文を受けてから作ります。
賞味期限1時間｡時間内に頂きました♪
絞りたてモンブラン 650円
上のマロンクリームは和栗で優しい味。
中のクリームはフレッシュで甘さ控えめ。
ゆるめなので時間が経つとだれそう。
下の焼きメレンゲは軽くてサクサク。
なめらかで柔らかいモンブラン。
作りたてなので美味しい♪
季節のショートケーキ(苺) 580円
こちらもクリームがフレッシュ。
スポンジはふんわり。
苺も美味しい。
バランスも良くとても美味しい。
こちらでオーソドックスなケーキを購入したので帰りに渋谷の系列店のフラクタスで洗練されたビジュアルのモンブランを買う予定でしたが売り切れで断念。
