ランチ時間はほぼ満席！
麻婆豆腐と夜は薬膳火鍋が売りのようです。
躊躇なく、麻婆豆腐定食の3辛をオーダー。
陳建一麻婆豆腐店のような熱々で辛旨で汗だくになる麻婆豆腐を期待！
すぐに運ばれてきた。
うーん、熱々ではない。湯気もない。おそらく作り置きで保温してるんだろう。
花椒の痺れはあるが、辛味と旨味が弱いかな。
やっぱり熱々じゃないのが残念。
熱々で花椒の痺れに豆板醬の辛味に豆豉醬の旨味がバシッと決まった麻婆豆腐をアフアフして食べたい！
付け合わせの出来合いのポテトサラダはいらない。同じ出来合いなら、ザーサイの方が麻婆豆腐に合う。
ライスとスープはおかわり自由らしいが、そこまで進まなかった。
少し残念だが、店内の雰囲気はいいし、スタッフの方々の接客もいい。
夜の薬膳火鍋、今度食べにこようかな。

せめて熱々の麻婆豆腐が食べたい。
