三軒茶屋の三角地帯にある
『たれ焼肉 金肉屋 三軒茶屋店』
美味しいお店が軒を連ねる三角地帯の真ん中にありました。
中に入るとカウンター席のいちばん奥の席に通されました。（2階席もあるようです。）
オーダーしたドリンクと一緒にでてきたのは、牛スジ煮込み。
ホロホロ柔らかい牛肉は一体何時間くらい煮込んでいるのでしょう。
これがお通しってレベル高い。
生でも食べられるくらい新鮮なシルクレバー焼き。
ぷるんとツヤがあるレバーで見るからに美味しそう。
これを軽く炙る程度焼いたら特製のツケダレをつけてひとくちでパクリ。
衝撃の美味しさ！
めちゃくちゃとろけるのと、この塩ダレが美味しくて。さらに生ニンニクと一緒に食べると堪らない！
焼肉屋さんの定番と言えば、チョレギサラダ、ナムル、キムチ盛り合わせ。
キムチは白菜、カクテキ、ピリ辛きゅうり。
メインはこのお店の名物！一頭舟盛り。
お刺身の舟盛りは食べたことがあるけれど、お肉の舟盛りは初めてかも。
フィレ、特上タン塩、かいのみ、肉ハラミ、ともさん、上ハラミ、壺漬けカルビの豪華舟盛り。
それに冷やしピーマンが添えてあり、この生ピーマンと一緒にお肉を食べるのが金肉屋流なのだそう。
お肉にはそれぞれ部位と焼き方が書いてあるのが親切。
お箸で切れるほどやわらかいフィレ肉や脂が少なめのハラミ肉などお肉はどれも美味しい。
玉ねぎ入りのタレも美味しくてどんどん食べられる。
そして名物生ピーマンにお肉をのせて食べてみると、ピーマンが美味しい！
パリパリ食感のピーマンは苦味がなく甘くてお肉とも相性バツグンなことに驚いちゃう。
シメはユッケジャンスープ。
熱々のスープは辛さの中に旨味があってめちゃくちゃ美味しい！
ここの三角地帯にはちょいちょう来ることがあるのだけれど、その中でもかなり上位かもというくらい美味しかった。
赤提灯がぶら下がる大衆焼肉屋さんという感じだけれど味は間違いないです。
