早い時間に三軒茶屋の焼鳥百名店へ。
まずはレモンサワーを頼み、メニューてにらめっこ。
コースからアラカルトか、お任せか？迷う。
ポーション大きめであることなどの説明を読み、選んだのは「軽めのコース」で串４本は内蔵縛りでお任せにしてみました。
前菜は、タラの芽とこごみの天ぷら、行者にんにくとフランスのうずら玉子、白和え。
これは正解ですが、予想通り日本酒が欲しくなる。
燗酒のリクエストで、宮城の錦屋 純米原酒。
能登の野菜の盛合せ 肉味噌と塩でいただく。
見た目はそうでもないけどコレはうまい。
お任せの串は、ハツ、砂肝はバルサミコ酢で、レバー、箸休めの漬物で最後にちょうちん。
日本酒の二本目は、島根の十字旭日 純米生原酒。
内臓以外は追加でオーダー、ふりそで、皮、エルフランス(ウズラの卵）。
〆の日本酒は、兵庫の剣菱 長期熟瑞祥を常温で整いました。
大振りのポーションは部位によっては好みが分かれる感じですが、火入れもよくシンプル味付けが美味しい焼鳥でした。
