■生パスタランチ 青しそと小海老のペペロンチーノ¥1,000（税込）
三軒茶屋にあるカジュアルイタリアンのお店『コモードキッチン』。平日のランチタイムに初訪問。“コモード”とは、イタリア語で「心地よい」、「快適な」を意味するそう。その言葉を表すかのように店内は温かみのある雰囲気。
ランチメニューは、人気メニューであろうハラミステーキ（¥1150）を筆頭に、ハンバーガー、4種類のパスタが並びます。お願いしたのは、「青しそと小海老のペペロンチーノ」。セットのドリンクはホットコーヒーで。
すぐにセットのサラダとパンが到着。そして10分程でパスタもお目見え。小海老というわりに海老が大きい。超ミニサイズの小海老を想像していたので、これは嬉しい誤算。プリッとした海老に青しその香りがよく合います。いわゆるなペペロンチーノというより、魚介の旨みにほどよくニンニクが効いたような印象のパスタで美味しい。麺は少し太めで、生パスタらしいもっちりとした食感。とはいえ、芯の残る固めの食感が好み。セットのコーヒーを飲んで完食。麺大盛りにすればよかった！
