タンは3種類の味付けがあり、どれも薄切りで美味しい
レバーも新鮮で臭みもなく美味い！
ホルモンはシマチョウで脂身は少ないが、皮目はコリコリでとても美味。青唐辛子のお酢で頂きました。
赤身やイチボは薄切りでワサビやガーリックチップと一緒に食べます。
〆に頂いた冷麺はスッキリめのスープに盛岡冷麺かなと思う麺。
カラシが添えてあり、お酢と合わせると今まで感じたことのない美味さの発見
