三軒茶屋にはチェーン展開しているお店が少なからずあるけれども、共通して感じるのは、どこのお店のスタッフさんも感じが良いのだ。
こちらのお店のスタッフさんも例外ではない。何となくわかる程度にだが、座る座席の位置や、心地良い距離感、配膳のスピード感などにも配慮してくれている。
まずは、おしぼり。そしてドリンクオーダー。メニューのおすすめを一通り伺う。
この流れは、よっぽど知り抜いた店でない限り、お店の人に任せるのがベストに思う。時々、素敵な情報が盛り込まれていたりするので。
以上、Sorry for the 長文な前書きでした。
ふたごで頼むべきものは、トングのマークが入ったもの、そしてそれをお店の方に焼いてもらうのが一番美味しいように思う。
もちろん、焼き方のお好みは事前に聞いてくれるし、自分で焼くのもアリ。
見事な焼き具合のホルモン、少し大きめのものはカットもしてくれる。
つけダレは2種(タレとポン酢的な)が用意されている。その他にも有料のタレ・薬味が多種あるが、この2つのタレだけで、なかなか完結出来ちゃいます。
気になったのは、メニューを見ただけでは、国産牛なのかUSビーフなのかが不明なところ。
だからコミュニケーションが必要。どちらが美味しいと言うよりも、好みの問題だとは思いますが、個人的には和牛の方が味わいが濃いかな、と思います。
キムチの盛り合わせ、写真はサイズ大。2人でもペロリです。
スープ類は、とにかく熱々なのが嬉しい。
何の気なしにオーダーしたかき氷イチゴ、大当たりでした。ちゃんと練乳もかかってくるので追加のアイスはスキップ。つぶつぶ苺が入っていて、最高の口直しです。
気になって飲んでみたマッコリビールは、予想を超えた甘さ！
やっぱり焼肉には生ビールでした(笑)
サービス料は5%とメニューの端に記載がありますが、全てのお肉を焼いてもらったのと、何回も変えて下さったお手拭き、そして最後に運ばれて来たショットグラス口直しのヨーグルトと、色々盛り沢山だったので納得です。
