本日は沖縄気分♪
三軒茶屋の沖縄料理屋「てぃださんさん」。
三茶には沖縄料理のお店が結構ある気がします。
今回は単品を色々DELIしてみました。
もずくの天ぷら600円
イカ墨ジューシーおにぎり420円
どぅる天 400円
ふーチャンプルー1000円
食べた事が無いものを注文しました。
見た目も結構初めてな感じもv
まずもずくの天ぷら！もちもちと柔らかいもずくの天ぷらは新食感vほんのりもずく感があって衣？にも味がついていて美味しかったです。
どぅる天は田芋から作った沖縄のコロッケ。普通のコロッケかと思いきやほんのり甘くてデザートみたいなコロッケでした。
ふーチャンプルーは沖縄の車麩を使ったチャンプルー。
車麩は出汁をよく吸っていますが、弾力があり美味しかったです。
真っ黒なイカ墨のジューシー！炊き込みご飯のおにぎりです。
ジューシー自体も美味しいですが、イカ墨の風味もして◯
どれも味付けが良かったですね！
