三軒茶屋にある鶏料理がおいしい居酒屋さんで友人と待ち合わせ。
こじんまりとした店内ですが妙に懐かしさを感じるようなレトロな雰囲気が心地良い。
ファーストドリンクをオーダーしてメニューをパラパラめくると大山鶏の丸揚げや焼鳥、一品料理などお腹が空いていたのもあり目移りしてしまう。
とりあえず一番目を引いたにんにくの丸揚げと白レバニラ炒めを頼んでみる。
この日は疲れていたこともありスタミナメニューばかり選んでしまった。
にんにくは国産なのか想像以上に大きくて食べてみるとホクホクのじゃがいもみたいでめちゃくちゃおいしい。
ちょうといい感じにお塩がふってあってこれだけでお酒がグビッとすすんでしまう。
鉄板に乗っかってやってきたのは待ってましたふたつめのスタミナメニュー白レバニラ炒め。
アツアツでふーふーしながら食べたけどそれでもヤケドしてしまうくらい出来たてが運ばれてきたのが嬉しい。
ふわっと柔らかな白レバーはニラともやしのシンプルな炒めものだか、これがまたおいしくて。
それだけで元気になれるくらいおいしいものにはパワーがあると思う。
お酒もすすみお腹も満足してきたところで箸休め的にオーダーしたのは長芋のわさび漬け。
いつからか好きになってしまった長芋のわさび漬けはシャキシャキした食感と辛すぎないくらいの絶妙な加減のワサビがめちゃくちゃ好み。
季節メニューから肉味噌キャベツ炒め。
こちらもなんだかスタミナがつきそうなメニューですが、この日はそんな気分だったのかも。
柔らかいキャベツに甘辛な肉味噌がおいしくてお酒にもあうだなこれが。
お酒がいい感じにすすみお腹も満足。
店員さんも感じ良く対応してくださり良いお店でした。
次また利用するときは違うメニューも食べてみたい！
