最近何かと三茶で呑む事が多いビール党です。
通勤が田園都市線という事もあり、さらには三茶が育ち故郷となれば、何かと三茶で降りたくなってしまうわけでして・・・
そんなこの日も三茶で呑もう！となったのは良いけれど、目的地決めて無かったので、食べログで検索。
いつも場所決めていない時は、デルタ地帯でサク呑みが多いのですが、この日はかなりお腹空いていた事もあり、しっかり食べれるお店を検索。
たまには久しぶりに栄通りの遠くまで開拓してみたいな～なんてエリアで絞って出てきたお店がコチラ！

因みに会社のメンバー3人で訪問したのですが、僕の嗅覚に自身を持てるような良きお店だったので再訪確定です！
乾杯はモチロン、ビールな訳ですがここは『プレミアム熟撰(中瓶)』650円。
最近、熟撰の瓶に巡り会えて無かったので、何か新鮮さもあって最高の滑り出し！
◆【お通し】新鮮野菜素揚げ3種盛り
グランドメニューにもある野菜の素揚げがこの日はお通しで！
野菜の素揚げ、こんな旨いのか･･という素材の味をシンプルに美味しく頂ける一品。
◆ 梅きゅうり 390円
居酒屋の定番メニューはいつでも食べたい一品。
たっぷりと梅＆どっさり鰹節でビール進みます！
◆ 明太子ポテサラ 490円
こちらは、茹でジャガイモ・半熟玉子・明太子・胡瓜・マヨネーズ・ベーコン。
提供後に自分達で混ぜ混ぜしますが、担当のセンスが問われる一品ww
◆ 大山どりもも刺し 650円
鶏専門店ならではの鮮度と味へやはり別格。
口の中でフワッとした柔らかい食感に、コクのある銘柄鶏の味。
◆ 鶏白肝刺し 650円
これまた専門店だからこその一品。
臭みが全く無くて、むしろ白肝ってこんな旨いんだ～という食味。
さらには噛んだ瞬間の口の中での広がり方が感動的な。。。
これは必須オーダー。
◆ 極 大山鶏の親子丼 790円
〆は迷いに迷った挙げ句、親子丼に。
契約養鶏場から産地直送という鶏に玉子。
ふんだんに使った親子丼は、鶏もも＆とじ玉子、さらに生卵が真ん中にどーん！
味も〆にぴったりのあっさりだけど、しっかりと楽しめる味つけ。
今回は食べられなかった、
・大山ひな半身揚げ
・大山どり大手羽揚げ
・濃厚鶏白湯そば
このあたりは絶対食べたいので、再訪確定ですな。。
1F が禁煙席で2Fが喫煙可能席と
フロアでしっかり分煙対策が取られているので、
スモーカーもノンスモーカーも安心して楽しめるお店！
