東京・三軒茶屋 Tradgras さんへ。
免疫力を高めたり、美容効果がある薬酒などを「薬酒マイスター」が丁寧にご紹介。
今回伺ったランチでも、食前の薬膳茶、食後の薬膳コーヒーがデフォルトで付き、
更にランチメニューも身体に優しいものばかり！
貧血がかなり酷いので、鉄分豊富な「鴨の柔らかステーキプレート」(¥1500)
プラス、前菜3種とスープのセット(¥500)をオーダー。
薬膳茶ははとむぎベースで、身体を温める効果があるそう。
冷え性な人に嬉しいよね。
前菜は鴨の燻製、キャベツのマリネ、ポテトサラダ。
スープにはクコの実など薬膳に使われる食材たっぷり。
あっさり目のお味が優しく沁み渡ります。
メインのプレートはそのお皿の大きさにびっくり！
たっぷりのサラダにライス、ボリューム感のある鴨肉がとっても豪華。
そして、この鴨ステーキ。
これまで食べてきた鴨肉の中でも群を抜いて柔らかく、最高に美味しい！！
最後はアサイー入りのほろ苦コーヒーでほっこり❤︎
癒されてお腹もココロも大満足！
お店入って直ぐはずらりと並ぶ薬膳酒の瓶に圧倒されましたが、店内はグリーンも多く大変寛げ、年代問わず多くのお客様で賑わっていました。
他のお料理も気になったので、2つテイクアウト。
・豆腐ハンバーグ
・ごぼうたっぷりベジカレー＋ミート
自宅で頂きましたが、どちらもお味はしっかりながらお野菜もたっぷりでとっても美味しかったです❤︎
次回は薬膳酒や他のこだわりお料理も頂きに再訪したいと思います！
