店内は木のぬくもりを基調にした、居心地のいい造りになっていながら
薬膳酒の素材がぎっしりと。
体にいい＝苦い・辛いなどのイメージを持つ方も多いと思うんですが、
ここは「食べるものはすべて薬膳」という考え方のもと、
体に良い作用を…と考えれば、夏場には夏野菜を食べて体温下げよう！
といった、食事全体で健康になれそうなお店です。
有機野菜とお肉のスタンダードコースをいただきました。
食前酒は気になる体の症状にあわせたものを出してもらえます。
この日は最近眠りが浅いので、リラックス効果やデトックス効果があるものを中心に。
オレンジジュースをベースに作っているので、喉が乾いているときにはぐびっと飲めてしまいそう。
食事はたとえばのイチョウの葉を練り込んだ餃子の皮、
よだれ鶏の自家製ラー油など、こだわったものばかり。
