東京三軒茶屋『LOS TACOS AZULES（ロス・タコス・アスーレス）』さん、香り高いブルーコーンのトルティーヤで作られる美味しいタコスのお店です
9:00〜開店、朝から美味しく食べて飲めるお店です
日本の食材とブルーコーンで作られる香り高いグレーのトルティーヤのタコスにジューシーで鮮やかな日本ワインをあわせています
陽気な接客と説明、目の前で仕上げられる香りも含めとても楽しめますね
この日は朝からタコスとワインです
全て美味しくいただきましたが、始めの一皿「アボカドタコス」でぐっと引き込まれます、トルティーヤ、アボカド、塩のみですがトルティーヤの旨みと香りをしっかり味わえるタコスですね
唐辛子とチョコレートのモレ（ソース）を使用した「里芋とサボテンのモレのタコス」も馴染みのない味わいですが食感もコクのあるモレも美味しいですね
「チレレジェーノ」
メキシコの唐辛子・ポプラーノにチーズを詰めたフリットのるタコスです、ジューシーな旨みと辛味の刺激、美味しいですね
岩手放牧短角牛の燻製蒸し焼きしたバルバッコアのタコスと美味しかったなー
チーズ挟まる「ケサディーア」は白糠のチーズ工房に依頼した特製オアハカチーズを使用、これも病みつき系です
デザートは「カヘータアイス」、祐天寺にある『アクオリーナ』さんのミルクジェラートとメキシコのミルクキャラメルとをあわせた一皿
