馬肉なら力を与えてくれるんじゃないかと安易な発想(笑)
それにしても三軒茶屋ってなんか落ち着く街だなぁ(/ω＼)
「ハラミ」
そう、この生命力あふれる旨味を欲していたんだ。。
ニンニクと相性も抜群で体中に染みわたります。
適度な脂も美味しい。
「馬肉の桜ユッケ」
黄身を溶かして玉ねぎと一緒に食す。
うん、赤身の濃厚な旨味が良いですね。
「手羽明太」
手羽を開くこの作業だけで、これほど食べやすく中に明太子も同居出来てしまう素晴らしさ。
自分でやると地味に手間なんですよね(/_;)
しっかり濃く少ししょっぱい味わいで美味しい。
「馬肉ソーセージ」
スパイスが効いていてクセになります。
でも馬肉らしさは軽減(^^;)
「アボカド刺し」
冷えてて美味しい(^^♪
