友人との飲みでこちらへ。
GoToEatポイント消費もかねての訪問。
まずは馬レバ刺しとちょうちん刺し。
馬レバ刺しは牛レバ刺しとよく似ていて美味。
ちょうちんはバラの部分とのことで、サシが入っていて柔らかく、甘めの醤油とよく合ってとても美味しい。
馬モツ煮込みは、モツは柔らかくて全くクセがなく、スープも美味しくてとても気に入った逸品。
馬肉とアボカドのタルタル～わさび風味～は馬肉とアボカドがよく合って、わさびの具合が絶妙。
馬肉の桜ゆっけもいただいたが、どちらも優劣つけがたい美味しさ。
でもここは創作性と美味しさで馬肉とアボカドのタルタルでしょうか。
十円ウマからを試したかったが、この日はウマから(馬肉の唐揚げ)自体がないとのことで、馬肉の揚げぎょうざ+馬肉メンチのコンボセットをいただいた。
どちらもあまり馬肉感は感じられなかった。
〆は馬肉寿司 人気 3カン。
中トロ、ヒレ、ハラミの3カン、中トロがいちばん気に入ったが、どれも大差なく美味しかった。
飲み物は2時間1500円の飲み放題をつけたが、もともとの飲み物の値段が安く、結構な勢いで飲まないと元を取るのは難しい。
ビールを飲む人にはいいかも、ホッピーだと厳しい。
ときどき料理や飲み物の注文が忘れられていたことがあったので、それさえなければ言うことなしかな。
馬肉料理の種類が多く、何を頼んでもとても美味しくて満足。
馬肉が冷たい状態ではなく、お肉と脂の旨みと柔らかさを感じる常温くらいで提供されていたのがまた良かった。
コスパも良く気軽に楽しめる馬肉料理屋だった。
