■ディアボラ ¥1,600（税込）
2022年4月にオープンしたピッツェリア『三宿 KEVELOS（ケベロス）』。店名を読んでピンとくる方も多いはず。裏原で行列のできるピッツェリア『ピッツァ ケベロス 明治神宮前店』の姉妹店。三宿通り沿いの世田谷公園前。三軒茶屋駅からも池尻大橋大橋駅からも歩いたら15分はかかるであろう、なんとも渋い立地。隣がドミノピザというのもなんとも笑。
平日のランチタイムに訪問。先客はゼロ。ランチセットには、すべてピーチティーとサラダが付く。7種類のピザから、「ディアボラ」をお願いした。
まずはサラダとピーチティー。そして、7分ほどでピザが到着。ディアボラは、見てお察しの通り、トマト・モッツァレラ・バジルといった定番具材をベースに、サラミがトッピングされたひと品。ニューヨークテイストな見た目のピザが食欲をそそる。とろけるモッツァレラチーズに、イベリコ豚サラミの塩みがマッチ。サラミもっと載せて欲しい笑。生地は薄く、軽ろやかな食感。こちらもほどよい塩みで、全体を支える。アクセントのブラックペッパーも効果的。このピザには甘めのピーチティーが抜群に合う。
普段なら、途中食べ飽きてくるのだが、ペロリと一瞬で完食できた。美味しかった！
