ファーストフードorジャンクフードに分類されがちなお料理、例えばピッツアやハンバーガーだって、家庭のキッチンで真面目に丁寧に作れば本当においしいですよね。またそういうお料理って、子供と男性にはとっても好評だったりして。でも好評だとあっという間にテーブルから消えてしまうから、作る人はほとんど一緒にテーブルにつけないのが悩ましい、、、。家庭の料理長のそんな悩みと気持ちに応えてくれそうなアメリカンダイナーを先日三茶で発見しました。茶沢通りから一本路地に入ったルートアガレさんです。ハンバーガーやピッツアやパスタなど誰もが大好きなメニューもあれば、最中のサンドイッチスタイルになった白身魚のソテーなど、工夫の光るビストロお料理もあって、いろいろな場面にマッチしそう。実は子供に食物アレルギーがあるのですが、子供が注文予定のメニューにアレルゲンのゴマとナッツが使われていない問い合わせてみたら、とても真摯に対応してくださって、それもうれしかったです。アメリカンダイナーって音楽の音大きめであまりゆっくり話せない感じのお店が多いのだけれど、BGMが優し目ボリュームで、大切な人や気の合うお友達とゆっくり食べて話せる雰囲気なのもオススメです。
