自宅近くにある当店は以前から気になっていたのだがなかなかチャンスがなく、今回初訪問。
食べログにも「蕎麦屋」として登録されているので、そのつもりで訪問したのだが、良い意味で違ったようだ。
入り口は1階だが店舗は全て2階。ゆったりとしたひろめの店内。初めに驚いたのは、各テーブル席に排気ダクトが設置されており、まるで焼肉屋さんのよう。それもそのはず、このお店は蕎麦と炭火焼のお店なのだ。
前菜として鰹のたたき、しめ鯖の炙りを注文。たたきは少し甘めの土佐酢に晒し玉ねぎがたくさん添えられている。
そして炭火焼メニューから、野菜の盛り合わせとイカを注文。するとテーブル中央に大きめの七輪がドンと着座する。テーブルのダクトはこのためだったのかと納得。
自分で焼く炭火焼は楽しい❗️バーベキューを彷彿とさせる。野菜は木の子がメインで、平茸、エリンギ、椎茸など旨味の強いものに加え、ズッキーニ、山芋など取り合わせも良く、オススメ。イカも丸ごと一杯あり、全て胡麻油や塩で味付け済み。思わずビールから日本酒に変更する。
締めの蕎麦は板そば。蕎麦つゆは別注文ながら、2人前で950円とリーズナブルなお値段。家人は普通の蕎麦つゆ、私は温かい鶏つけ汁を注文し、白エビのかき揚げを添えていただく。蕎麦はしっかりとしていて、とても美味しい。ここで当店はやっぱり蕎麦屋だと再認識する。
ドロっと濃い蕎麦湯まで楽しみ、大満足の夕食となりました。皆さんもお近くに来たら是非訪問されることをオススメします。
