用賀駅から15分以上歩くかな？バスなら用賀駅→神学院前の恵比寿行きのバスに乗ると楽ちんです。
土日の来訪ということで、14時半過ぎに記帳しに行ってみたところ2組目だったので、17時入店獲得！
まずは
・上タン冊焼
・上タン塩
・特上あかみ
・あかみ
・和牛はらみ
など一気に注文！
上タン冊焼は黒毛和牛たんの根元から、その分厚さたるや、、完全にステーキでした。ぷりっぷりでとてもジューシー。
上タン塩はほどよい歯ごたえがこれぞ牛タンに求めるもの！という感じで、噛めば噛むほどうまい、、好き。
特上あかみも焼肉にしては分厚めです。網焼肉では味わえないような上品な味わい。
あかみがこれ以上ないくらいうまかった。旨みが強く、ほどよく霜降りがあってめちゃくちゃやわらかい。
和牛はらみも間違いのない美味しさ。
お気に入りになった上タン塩とあかみをその後何度もおかわりw語彙力が足りないけど、本当にどのお肉の質も高いです！！"上"が着いてなくても充分すぎるクオリティ。

など頂いて超満足しました。
そしてごはんは大葉ご飯がさっぱりしてていくらでも食べられる。次は最初から頼んでおこう。
思ったより混まなかったということもあり、これは穴場すぎる百名店。。絶対にまたすぐ来ます！！
