2019-2023百名店みたいなので行ってみることに。タン塩￥630、おまかせ和牛3種盛￥1,800、あかみ￥480、キムチ￥280、ご飯、生ビール✕2をいただいて、しめて￥5,313。ちなみに、遠いので当日行く前に電話で空席を確認し予約できたので行きました。
タン塩は美味しかったです。ただ、胡麻ダレでなくレモンが欲しかった。おまかせ3種盛合はザブトン、サーロイン、とうがらしだったかと記憶してますが、質は良いし肉自体は美味しかったです。でも、自分はあかみが好き、あかみが一番美味しかった! なんと言ってもお1人様メニューもあるのが嬉しいです! ご飯も美味しかったし、ご馳走様でした。
お店は最寄り駅から20分くらいの建物1階にあって、カウンター4席とテーブル5つな感じでした。1人でカウンターに座っての食事となりました。わりと落ち着いた雰囲気のお店でした。残念なのはホールの動きでしょうか。
完全禁煙。
事後調べでは、1997年5月にオープンみたいです。黒毛和牛牝牛専門食肉卸奥吉直営で、牝牛を一頭買いし寝かせて丁寧に磨き、注文が入ってからブロック肉より切り出しているとの記載がありました。店名のBouefは仏語でビーフ、牛肉の意味みたいです。間違いがありましたご容赦下さい。
