お店の近くのコインパーキングに車を駐車して訪問です。
開店10分前に到着。一番乗り。
開店間際に人が集まり6名ほど並ぶ。
お店は奥に広く、比較的大きな箱なので余裕で着席可能ですね。
さて、
時間になりまして店内へ案内されましたが、手前側はテラス席になっている模様。
冬なので、ビニールシートが窓代わり!?
ペット同伴OKのようで、このテラス席は3組分のテーブル席しか無いため競争率は高いようです。
さて、
メニューを拝見して、
「アボカドチーズバーガー＋エッグ」をオーダー。
意外に早く5分ぐらいでやって参りました。
流れ出ているチーズが食欲をそそります。
トッピングのエッグも良い感じで収まっています。
袋に移して頂きます。
口を最大限に開けないと入らん(笑)。
バンズは軽くトーストされており、少しの甘味も感じられ美味しいですね。
そして、パティは粗挽きで肉感しっかりで、ジューシぃー。
特筆は、ケチャップやマスタードが使われておらず、このパティのソースで頂く感じかな。
しかし、このソースがしっかりと効いている。
ケチャップ、マスタードが無くてもとても美味しい。
これがクラシックの意味するところ！？
いずれにせよ、
バランスがしっかり取れたハンバーガーで美味しかった。
