世田谷区で唯一生ユッケを正式に認可を受けて提供できてるお店です。
その他の生肉も絶品と友人と聞いて食べてきました。
テーブル席の他にも個室もあり子連れも安心。。。
千枚刺しに肉刺し、生ユッケと早速生肉祭りスタート！！
肉指しは脂がのっておりとろけるーー！
そしてやはりお目当てのユッケ！！近年生肉の監視が厳しくなってなかなか食べれないが、
やっぱり生肉は最高だと食べてみて改めてわかる！！
1900円と値段が張るのもこのクオリティなら納得の一皿だ。。。
当然生肉以外も品質が良いお肉がずらり。。。
牛タン5種盛りは普通のタンから特上タンまで、たんしたやたんもとなどの違いも楽しめる上に最後に分厚い特上タンを食べることでよりその肉質の素晴らしさがよくわかる！！
炭火で焼かれる、ロースやカルビもレベルが高い＾＾ｂ
生肉が良いとのことでレバーステーキなるものも頼んだ、さっと焼くだけで風味が豊かになりレバーの独特な食感、味わいをより楽しむことができる♪
ユッケジャンスープに冷麺も牛骨から出汁を取っているとのことで本格的・・・サイドメニューも最後まで楽しめた。。。
こちらのお店の低レビューの多くが、価格の高さを上げている。確かに決して安くはないが、生肉などこれだけの品質を集めているのだ・・・妥当な価格かなぁって個人的には思います。
