焼肉ランチ大好き！
という事で、今回は…
用賀にやって来ました！
“SBS”テラスⅡ2階にある…
↑ところで“SBS”って何なの？
世田谷ビジネススクエアの略称。
静岡放送ではないので注意が必要！
↑静岡に用賀はないだろ？(←確かに)ｗ
“SBS”でBBQなんて語呂がいいんだけど…
やったら警備員が飛んでくるので焼肉店へ(笑)
『福寿』というお店で焼肉ランチを楽しみました。
東京都内と神奈川県内にチェーン展開している焼肉店。
経営母体は株式会社榮林という会社のようです。
けっこういろんなブランドを手広く展開しています。
知っているブランドはなかったんだけど(^^;)
これだけ手広くやっていると安心感はあります。
しかも、外観からは高級感も漂っている。
それなのにランチはリーズナブルなんです。
期待が膨らむ材料が全て揃っています。
そういうワケで、期待を膨らませ店内へ。
おぉぉ！ほぼ個室じゃないですか！
さらに、窓からの眺めもイイんです！
ただ、窓の手入れはイマイチなんだなぁ～
ちょっとしたところにボロが見え隠れします。
ホールスタッフが外国の方ばかりなのも不安材料。
決して失礼な接客応対ではないのですが、笑顔もない。
とまぁ、若干雲行きは怪しくなってきましたが…
ランチの内容は充実しているようなので期待は継続。
まず「秘伝ダレのミックス定食」1200円と…
「選べるハーフ＆ハーフセット」1080円を注文。
定食のお肉はハラミ＆トロカルビ＆中おちカルビで…
キムチとサラダとスープと、おかわり自由のライスが付く。
セットの内容は、その名の通り6品の中から好きな2品を選べます。
今回は冷麺とピビンパをチョイスし、こちらにはキムチとサラダが付く。
どちらのランチも、この内容でこの価格設定は良心的ですよね。
ボリューム面でも、期待通りと言えるような内容だったと思います。
盛り付けも美しく、見た目からも食欲をそそられますし…
野菜や飾りなどの彩りも見事で、文句のつけようがありません。
ただ、何かが足りないような気もするんですよねぇ～
美味しいんだけどちょっと物足りないような気がしたり…
お肉についても何か少し物足りない気がして…
全て於いて、ちょっと物足りない気がするんです。
接客応対も同様で、あと一歩って感じで…
ユニフォームはビシッと決まってるんですが…
やっぱり笑顔が足りてないのかなぁ～
それだけで大分印象が変わると思うけど。
それでもお得感は得られる内容だと思います。
接客や清掃といった外堀が固まれば尚ヨシですが…
