I was surprised by the perfect amount of fat in the kalbi bowl. I came to Yoga for the first time in a while. I used to live in Yoga, so I used to come here almost every day, so it's very nostalgic. The restaurants have changed quite a bit. I came to the station and wondered where to have lunch, but I decided to try "Fukuju Yoga Branch" which is directly connected to the station tower. I've never eaten there before. I went into the restaurant and looked at the menu. I wonder if I should try the half and half option? The options are kalbi bowl and yukgaejang soup! I'm looking forward to it. Here it is! Kalbi bowl! I really want to eat Gyudon (Beef bowl), so I took a bite. The fat spreads in my mouth with just the right amount of salt. I love the feeling of all this excess fat being trimmed away. It's so delicious. Next I tried the yukgaejang soup. This also has a gentle taste and is delicious. The rice is also soft and goes into my mouth nicely. I'll eat it all in one go, I'm satisfied.
