ビル建て直しの為、休業していたふくもり駒沢本店復活していると聞き、お昼時のピーク外して訪問したが、外待ち10人弱。
皆さん待っていたのですね！
今日の目当ては、休業前に食べてなかった塩中華を。
スープは程良い煮干しの香りが食欲をそそる。煮干しと動物系の分厚い旨味！後味は意外にあっさり！
柚子の香りも良いアクセント！表面を覆う香味油がスープの温度を下げない！
麺は、以前の物より少し細くなった気がするが、これの方が合う！しなやかで伸びがある。喉越しもよく、しっかり茹でられているので、小麦の旨味と甘みを感じる！
チャーシューは鶏もも肉。柔らかくて旨味も逃げていなくて旨い！
しゃくしゃくのメンマもいい！
塩中華に出される柚子胡椒は是非使った方がいい！
スープが引き締まって後半に入れるとより食欲が増す。
完全にハマる塩中華！
