以前から、お店の前は通るが何屋さんか解からず
数年たって鉄板焼きの店と知り、訪れてみました。
年期の入ったお店とのことでしたが
店内はきれいにしてあって、良い感じで
歳を重ねてきた店だなと感じました。
料理は、盛り付けとかに工夫が無いけれど
味は良かったです。
味と食感がシンプルなつぶ貝なんかも美味しくて
空焼きしたパン粉にガーリックの味をつけて合わせる
調理法なんかは家のフライパンでも出来るなあと勉強になりました。
接客レベルを求めるお店ではなく
目の前で作られる料理を楽しむお店です。
店外の雰囲気とは違い、入りやすいお店です。
気軽に一杯呑める鉄板焼き屋さんでした。
