実際に訪れてみて、特に印象的だったのはハラミやサガリなど、味わい深い肉の品々でした。味付けはもちろん、肉の鮮度が際立っていて、これらを注文しない手はありません。ただ、人気メニューのシャトーブリタンやテールなどが早々に売り切れてしまうのは残念な点です
事前に電話で取り置きを検討するべきでした。

On YouTube, Hodori Yōga store is renowned for the incredible quality of its offal meats, especially the skirt and flank cuts. The freshness and seasoning of these meats are unmatched. The restaurant space is surprisingly spacious, accommodating various seating arrangements suitable for any occasion.
Visiting the restaurant, I was particularly taken by the depth of flavor in dishes like harami and sagari. The seasoning is impeccable, but the freshness of the meat truly stands out, making these dishes a must-order. However, the early sell-out of popular items like chateaubriand and tail was a disappointment. In hindsight, reserving these items in advance might have been wise.

Hodori用賀店へ行ってきました！用賀駅から少し歩きます。店内は広々としていて、カウンター席やテーブル席、座敷まであるので、どんなシチュエーションにもぴったりです！今回はおまかせコースを電話で注文！
塩焼きの内蔵系が中心で、特にテールと脂付きハツが絶品でしたタンゲタの味噌ダレと塩焼きも、厚切りで満足感あり。ハラミとサガリの食べ比べもできて、どちらも脂の甘さと肉質の良さが際立っています。
お寿司は少し物足りなく、もう少し工夫があればなと思いました。締めのカレーは美味しかったですが、炒飯が少し脂っこかったかな。全体的には満足できる味でしたが、コース内で同じ部位が何度か出てきて少し単調さを感じました。牛脂の重さもあって、量は食べられるけど少し重たい印象。
でも、このお店の魅力はやっぱり内蔵系の焼き物の美味しさに尽きる！

Hodori Yōga Store is a delightful find just a short walk from Yōga Station. The spacious interior offers a variety of seating options, perfect for any occasion.
We opted for the omakase course over the phone, featuring a focus on grilled organ meats seasoned with salt.
The tail and fatty heart were exceptionally delicious! The miso and salt varieties of tongue were satisfyingly thick, and the comparison between harami and sagari showcased the sweetness of the fat and the quality of the meat.
However, the sushi left a bit to be desired, and a bit more creativity could enhance the experience. The curry was tasty, but the fried rice felt a tad greasy. Overall, the meal was satisfying, though the repetition of certain cuts within the course lent a sense of monotony, and the richness of the beef fat made it feel a bit heavy.
The true highlight of this restaurant lies in the exquisite flavors of its grilled organ meats.
Next time, I'm eager to order à la carte to focus on specific cuts that caught my eye.
With its Instagram-worthy dishes, Hodori is a must-visit for any yakiniku enthusiast!
