家族でランチで利用しました。
用賀駅から離れた場所にあるので、駐車場があるのはうれしいですね。
店内はアンティークショップも兼ねていて、
雰囲気は結構いいですね。
ただ、なんていうか接客をする気がないのでしょうか。
席への案内はないは、注文は取りに来ないは。。。
あと、子供がトイレに2度ほど行ったのですが、
そのたびにアンティークの品で一点物の品があるので、
立ち歩かないようにと注意されました。
椅子を座り直す動作をするだけでも同様に注意を受けました。
子供の入店を断ったら良いのではないでしょうか。
せっかくの家族での食事が台無しでかなり気分が悪くなりました。
三人ほどスタッフがいるのですが、一人でやってるような
接客にもあきれてしまいました。
会計の際も、一人はテイクアウトの注文を受けていて、
他の二人は突っ立っているだけで、会計を待って立っているのに、
無視状態。
気分悪く早く出たいのに、5分ほど待たされました。。
ただ、カルボナーラは濃厚ソースで結構美味しかったです。
何故かソースは熱々でなく、ぬるかったですが。
コーヒーは業務用パックを使ったおり、まぁその程度の味です。
本当にサービス業であることを見直して欲しいですね。
マダムの趣味で始めた店の典型でした。
もう行くことはないですね。
