店内はカウンターと座敷があります。お店の奥の方が厨房になってるので、カウンター越しに話しかけたり料理を作ってるのを見るというのは出来ません。
座敷が騒がしいと、お店の雰囲気が一転してしまうのが残念です。カウンターは比較的大人しく飲んで食べてる方が多いので余計に煩さが目立ちます。
何度か行ってようやく焼きてびちを注文。
もっと早く注文すればよかった…と後悔。
見た目の豚足感が無くて、醤油風味の下味も付いていて香ばしく、お箸で食べられるので、お酒のつまみには最高です。お肌にも良さそうだし。笑
海ぶどうとアボカドと生ハムのサラダは、ソースが行くたびに違うような。
海ぶどうのプチプチ感と生ハムの塩気がたまりません。
その他の料理も、外れは今のところ無くて美味しいし安いです。
泡盛の種類もあるし、沖縄のオリオンビールもあります。オリオンビールは冷えたジョッキと缶で出されます。
夏には重宝するお店になりそうです。
