定番朝食360円。
小皿はミニ牛皿。
お仕事前の腹ごしらえには最適。
ご飯、味噌汁、お新香、生卵、味つけ海苔、ミニ牛皿。
ご飯の量も朝には丁度いい量。
今日は食べ方を変えて先ずは生卵を白身と黄身が完全に混ざるまで溶きます。
泡立つまで、溶きます。

ご飯へ投入。
ご飯と溶き卵を更に混ぜ混ぜします。

味付け海苔に醤油をちょっと付けてTKGを巻いて口へ放り込みます。
