相変わらず用賀店より「つゆだく」のつゆが多め
For some reason, there was no communication from the Yoga store today. This was my first time using the Sakurashinmachi store on Matsuben.net. There was more soup than at the Yoga store!
When I tried to place an order with Matsuya Yoga store on Matsuben Net as usual, for some reason, it said "This restaurant is not currently accepting reservations on Matsuben Net." I didn't think the store itself was closed, so I called directly, but no matter how many times I called, there was no answer. What was going on? However, what is fortunate in such situations is that there is a Matsuya store in front of Sakurashinmachi Station, which is also within walking distance. In fact, Kaldi, Starbucks, Chiyoda Sushi, Ramen Kagetsu Arashi, CoCo Ichibanya, Kameya Mannendo, etc. are also located in front of both Yoga Station and Sakurashinmachi Station. I had never used it before, even if I had passed by it before, so when I entered the store for the first time, I was surprised at how it was less than half the size of the Yoga store. Just like the Yoga store before the renovation, it was the traditional format where the staff carried the products to the seats of the customers who were eating in. There was also a dedicated receiving area for takeaway, just like the Yoga store before the renovation. There were two staff members in the kitchen in the back. Unlike the Yoga store, which is mainly staffed by foreigners, this store was operated exclusively by Japanese people. After waiting for a while at the take-out pick-takeaway counter, which was quite far from the kitchen in the back, I finally made eye contact with a young staff member and he came over to me. It was about 5 minutes before the pick-up time, but it was already ready, so I was able to take it home right away. What I got was the Premium Beef and Head Serving with Extra Sauce Separate for 480 yen (tax included). Especially when it takes a while to get it home like today, the separate is the best because you can put the meat on the rice just before eating. Since it's the same Matsuya, I thought the contents would be the same whether it's the Yoga store or the Sakurashinmachi store, but when I tried it, I was surprised. The amount of sauce in the Sakurashinmachi store is by far more, and the flavor of the sauce is well absorbed into the meat. It was my first time at the Sakurashinmachi store due to a coincidence, but today's takeaway was the right choice. However, since it takes a long time to get to the Sakurashinmachi store, I don't often use it, so I wish the Yoga store would serve more sauce.

この日、約1ヶ月ぶりに松屋用賀店を松弁ネットでテイクアウト利用しようとしたら、何と7月12日15時から28日10時まで休業中と判明。隣の松のやに続き店舗リニューアルのようです。
そこで、やむなく約3年半ぶりに桜新町店へ。いつもなら私が店頭に受け取りに行くのですが、この日は体調不良につき家族にお願いしました。
珍しく家族が皆牛めし以外を注文する中、私は鬼おろしぽん酢牛めし あたま大盛 690円(税込)をつゆだくで注文。
いただいてみると、3年半前の印象と変わらず、同じつゆだくでも用賀店よりかなりつゆが多め。用賀店のつゆだくだくよりまだ多い印象で、つゆが多いのが好みの私には願ったり叶ったりです。
普通のおろしぽん酢牛めしに代わり定番化した鬼おろしぽん酢牛めしは、大根のおろし方がかなり粗く、口の中で大根のカケラがゴロゴロする感じ。好みが分かれそうですね。
なお、この日は事情により料理写真は一切ありませんので、悪しからず。
